برای شروع عیب یابی ماینر اینوسیلیکون ابتدا ابزار مدیریت دسته ای را دانلود کرده و آن را اجرا کنید. این نرم افزار در پنل ابزار مدیریتی ماینر (Miner Management Tool) از این لینک می توانید فریمور ماینر اینوسیلیکون رو دانلود نمایید.
محدوده IP را که ماینر به آن تعلق دارد وارد کنید و روی نماد «اسکن» کلیک کنید.

اگر واقعاً مشکلی در ماینر وجود دارد اما هیچ کد خطایی توسط Inno Monitor گزارش نشده است، جهت عیب یابی ماینر اینوسیلیکون به صفحه وب سرور و قسمت لاگ ماینر بروید تا کد خطا را جستجو کنید:

شرح کد خطای ماینر را با توجه به جدول های زیر بررسی کنید و محل خطا را بیابید. یادداشت :

قطعات معیوب ماینر را بر اساس جدول کد خطا جایگذاری کنید و دوباره ماینر را ریستارت کنید و وضعیت ماینر را بررسی کنید.
قطعه جایگزین شده باید پس از تعویض قطعه، یک بار دیگر بر روی ماینر اصلی نصب شود، چنانچه ایراد ماینر رفع نشده باشد.
